Last night at the Siouxland Chamber Rush Hour Connect, we were thrilled to announce that we've signed a 10-year lease on the 2nd floor of 101 West 3rd Street in Sioux City!
We initially passed on the space (three times)—as we have been looking to purchase a building, not lease more space, but the more we discussed it, the more it just felt like home.

We've been working with Brad Lepper over the past several months to build out the space to our specs, and truly make it our own. It's been a bit exhausting but will be worth it in the end.
Our move date is October 1st, 2022—and you bet we'll have a party with drinks and snacks once we get settled! Can't wait to host our clients, friends, family, and prospects in the new space!
Room for Growth
Not only is the new space 3x bigger than our current space—allowing us to spread out and really enjoy our time in the office, but it preps us for our next phase of growth—which includes adding 6 more full-time employees in Sioux City over the next 2 years (on top of growth in our Omaha office).
